All eggs are lion stamped, medium in size and are laid by hens that have the freedom tom roam, forage and rest in open grassland.

For the time being our eggs continue to be delivered to us in wholesale boxes of 360 eggs and while the cartons are clearly date stamped, the individual eggs sometimes are not. All of our delivered eggs have a 10-14 day use by date.
