Where is menu/what food do you supply?
The list of all our products available for order can be found at www.homefresh.online, from 1st April 2020 this is the ONLY way to place an order with us.
Where do you deliver?
Please see the bottom of our how it works page to see a map of our delivery area. You can also find an interactive map here. Currently we are only able to accept orders within this area.
When will I get my delivery and can you give me a delivery time?
We endeavour to have all orders delivered within 1-2 days of order (Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday). Current demand may mean that it will occasionally take longer but ALL orders will ALWAYS get to your door, that’s our promise.
We can’t provide you with an estimated delivery time at the moment, however you will receive an email from us when your order is ready for delivery, letting you know its on its way.
Can I create a repeat order on your website?
Each order needs to be made through the online store each time, we will introduce repeat order functionality at a later date, our priority in the immediate short term has been to get our online store up and running to help more of our customers.
Can I order for someone else?
Yes - you do this at our checkout by adding the different delivery address
Where is my order?
We promise to deliver ALL completed orders, look out for our email advising you of when this will be delivered, we are working around the clock to get orders out as quickly and safely as possible.
What happens if I’m missing items?
We are working daily with our suppliers to ensure that we can provide all items that our customers order, if an item is out of stock we will remove it from our online store. We will let you know if an item you order is out of stock and offer you an alternative or a refund.
Health & Safety
In response to COVID-19 guidelines we have completely reorganised our warehouse layout to introduce safe distancing operations for our staff who already operated under strict hygiene conditions. We review working conditions and ensure these standards are met each day.
Allergies
It remains the responsibility of our customers to ensure that all ordered products are suitable for those with allergies and food intolerances. HLD Fruits Ltd cannot accept any responsibility or liability in this matter.
